BRANDING & PROCESS

Learn about our way of working

It’s in our name, but

WHAT IS BRANDING?

Let’s start with what branding is not.

Branding is not just a logo.

Branding is not just a t-shirt.

Branding is not just your website.

Branding is not just your packaging.

Branding is…

The outward expression of a brand – including its name, logo, slogan, trademark, and/or design scheme – is brand identity. At the very essence of it, branding is a promise to the customer (communicated through brand identity). It tells them what they can expect from the products or service and it differentiates it’s offering from its competitors. Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be and who people perceive you to be. Consistent, strategic branding leads to a strong brand equity, which means the added is value brought to a company’s products or services.  – Whitney Spielfogel, Director of Field Marketing and PR for Popchips.

A CRAFTED APPROACH

We use a Crafted Approach. This means that it’s crafted to your needs and your budget. But the most important part of the process isn’t the process at all. The most important part is you.

You will be asked a series of thorough questions. The answers to these question are crucial to understanding who you are. These answers will help dictate the direction we take in understanding and developing your brand.

OUR PROCESS

CUSTOM CRAFTED

The branding process can have many steps depending on the needs of the client and what that particular job calls for. There are no hard and fast rules. The process is flexible. It’s “Crafted” to you. To your needs. Walk through our Crafted Approach below.

COLLECT

We meet and discuss your needs. Questions are asked to determine your direction.

CONSIDER

Your information is then evaluated and research begins.

CONCEPT

Sketching and concepts begin. Feedback is then given on rough ideas.

CREATE

This where the formal designing begins. There will be a back and forth with the client.

CONFIRM

After a series of predetermined rounds of changes a final direction is chosen. This will be implemented through out the project.

CELEBRATE

The final pieces are delivered and we enjoy a glass of great craft beer. Cheers!
